- KnowBe4 Managed Service Provider Agreement s.1: "“Seats” means the number of Users allowed access to the Subscription Services at any given time." User-based Subscription Services are licensed to the MSP on a per Seat basis (s.2.3).
- Counting rules
- Seats are counted per MSP customer. The MSP may not interchange Seats between customers and may reassign Seats to a new customer only when its contract with the previous customer terminates; seat or domain add-ons need separate KnowBe4 approval, and the MSP must document compliance on request (s.2.3). Bulk MSP subscriptions track bulk purchased seats against bulk active users in the Partner Dashboard (KB 360013635634).
