- Before the Foundation/Advanced model, KnowBe4 sold SaaS subscriptions priced per seat per year at four levels. Silver gave Training Access Level I; Gold added Level II and monthly Email Exposure Check reports; Platinum added Smart Groups, the Reporting, User Event and Webhook APIs, Security Roles and Social Engineering Indicators; Diamond added Training Access Level III (the full library) and AI-driven phishing. Renewing customers may still hold these levels.
