- JPLA 2024: unless expressly authorized in writing, or where transfer cannot be restricted by law, the customer may not sublicense, transfer or assign any right to the Software or Cloud Services, and neither party may assign the agreement without the other party’s prior written consent. Hardware transfers are subject to the inspection and reinstatement policies. The Gray Market policy states that software is licensed only to the original purchaser.
