- Gray Market Product Reinstatement Policy: "The Gray Market includes new, used and refurbished Juniper products that have been sourced or sold outside of Juniper authorized channels."
- Commercial rules
- Warranties and support contracts do not transfer to a later owner. Software is licensed only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable without Juniper written permission; the embedded Junos licence must be re-bought (Junos re-registration fee) and separately sold software must be bought new. Reinstatement also needs a passed inspection and a fee equal to one year of Juniper Care Core Plus. Damaged, EOL/EOS, past-LOD items, and Mist APs, Mist Edge and SSR hardware bought outside authorized channels are not reinstated.
