- JPLA 2024: "This Juniper Purchase and License Agreement (the “Agreement” or “JPLA”) is entered into between Juniper (as defined below) and the party accepting these terms (“Company”) (each a “Party”, collectively the “Parties”), and consists of the General Terms and Conditions, Schedule(s), Glossary, and other documentation incorporated into this Agreement."

- Licence to Use the Software for up to the Licensed Units, during the License Term, for internal business operations only, and only if bought from an Approved Source. No sublicensing, transfer or assignment without written authorization. Operating system software included with hardware stays with that hardware (or its replacement). The customer must track use and True Up unpurchased use, keep records for three years after the agreement ends and give Juniper or its auditor access to verify compliance.
