- Paid HubSpot subscriptions are tied to the account where they were purchased and cannot be transferred. Assignment of the Agreement itself needs HubSpot's prior written consent except to a successor by merger, reorganization, sale of substantially all assets or change of control (Customer Terms s.12.9).
