- Service Contract Activation and Grace Period Policy: non-hardware-attached Service Contracts, which include virtual machine subscriptions, client software subscriptions, SaaS offerings and points-based licences such as FortiFlex and FortiPoints, receive a 60-day grace period in all regions, after which they start automatically.
