- Counting rules
- EMS consumes one licence for each registered (managed) endpoint and applies EPP or ZTNA licences according to the features enabled in the endpoint profile, so an estate can hold different quantities of each tier. After expiry and a ten-day grace period, EMS becomes read-only and no new endpoints can register. Cloud (EMS05) and on-premises (EMS04) SKUs are not interchangeable.
