- Software Services Agreement §3.1 (effective 2026-05-26): unless the Order says otherwise, fees are in USD, non-cancellable and non-refundable, quantities cannot be decreased during the Order Term, and for auto-renewing Orders Figma must give at least 45 days written notice of new renewal fees.
