- Partner Program Agreement §6.4: a partner designated as an MSP Partner receives a revocable, limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Requesting Customer's instance of the Products solely on that customer's behalf, only while the customer remains a Joint Customer and the partner remains authorized.
