- Support Services Delivery Guide: NetScaler Console on-prem customers had to upgrade to build 14.1-25.53 or later (or 13.1-53.22 or later) within 3 months from 2024-06-18 and send telemetry; in manual mode the first upload was due by 2024-10-18 and then every 90 days. To remain compliant the days since the last successful upload must not exceed 90. Citrix may suspend or terminate support for non-compliance.
