- Business Unit Terms, Citrix section 3: to receive Maintenance (Customer Success Services) benefits Customer must have active Maintenance on 100% of its licenses. Partial coverage is not permitted and benefits may not be extended to uncovered licenses. The legacy program terms add that Citrix may suspend CSS benefits and invoice underpaid CSS fees for violations.
