- Microsoft Software provided with the Services is neither sold nor distributed to the customer and may be used solely in conjunction with the Services, not transferred or used outside them; Microsoft is an intended third-party beneficiary. For any Microsoft Instance, nesting, containers or similar technologies may not be used to sell or resell multiple instances, portions of an instance or containers, unless the customer is the ultimate end user, has supplemented the instance with its own applications, or has added primary and significant functionality.
