- Statement
- In a License Manager self-managed license, the license type is vCPUs, Cores, Sockets or Instances. Dedicated Hosts are required when the counting type is Cores or Sockets; shared tenancy, Dedicated Instances and Dedicated Hosts are supported for Instances or vCPUs. The License affinity to host rule restricts license usage to a host for 1 to 180 days (Cores or Sockets only); after it elapses the license becomes reusable within 24 hours.
