- GTB v3.5 s.4.3: Unit4 may increase all Charges in a Sales Order annually by the Indexation Rate without notice, but not in the first year after the Subscription Start Date. The Indexation Rate is the Consumer Prices Index (or equivalent) plus 4%, or 5%, whichever is higher.
