- Commercial rules
- Subscription Software and Cloud Services include Maintenance for the whole Subscription Period. Perpetual Software includes one year; lapsed Maintenance can be reinstated only with back-payment and, after 90 days, a 25% reinstatement fee, and Trend need not reinstate after a lapse of more than one year (GPA s.5.1). Updates exclude Separate Modules and do not increase Capacity. Maintenance is not renewed beyond an End-of-Life date.
