- TippingPoint Hardware Terms s.3.13: Hardware may be transferred to a bona fide purchaser, who may enforce the remaining warranty, provided the transfer is not indirect (for example consignment or sale through a non-authorised reseller). The GPA otherwise makes licences non-transferable and prohibits resale of Products.
