- GPA s.5.1: Subscription Software and Cloud Services include Maintenance for the whole Subscription Period, while Perpetual Period Software includes Maintenance for 1 year from Delivery, renewable in minimum 1-year increments. Reinstating lapsed Maintenance requires back-payment from the lapse date plus, for lapses over 90 days, a 25% reinstatement fee; Trend need not permit reinstatement after a lapse of more than 1 year.
