- Commercial rules
- No perpetual licences. The Term starts on delivery of the license key and ends when the key expires (SLA s.5.1); ordinary termination is excluded (s.5.2). Fees are payable in advance for the whole Term within ten days of invoice (s.4.4). thinkcell gives no special discounts to recurring customers because the scheme is an annual lease (FAQ).
