- Ziff Davis Terms of Use, Spiceworks section: the Service is made available for personal use, internal business use or, "if you are a Managed Service Provider (“ MSP “), or Value Added Reseller (“ VAR ”), use in connection with the commercial support of your customers".
- Commercial rules
- MSPs and VARs may use the Service to support their customers without a separate agreement. Any other commercial use, including selling, distributing or providing access to the Service for payment, requires a separate written agreement with Spiceworks or Spiceworks' prior written permission. Cloud Help Desk organizations and Inventory online Scanning agents can be used to separate clients or sites; a fully separate inventory per client requires a separate Spiceworks account and site key.
