- Not a priced unit. One Spiceworks ID per person: the general Terms say a username and password is personal and should not be used to give access to anyone else. Cloud Help Desk employees, Inventory online admins, Connectivity Dashboard admins and Vendor Contracts admins each sign in with their own Spiceworks account. Inventory online and Vendor Contracts each allow a Spiceworks account to be associated with only one inventory or one Contracts service.
