- Commercial rules
- The Schedule states the Users or other units subscribed per Beneficiary; if usage exceeds it the MSP must immediately buy additional entitlement for the rest of the term. Licences may not be assigned to a Beneficiary without consent. Sophos may audit the MSP no more than once a year; underpayment above 5% adds audit costs.
