- MSP Agreement s.3.3.4: if a Beneficiary's usage exceeds the Schedule entitlement, the MSP must immediately purchase additional entitlement for the remainder of the term. Sophos may request monthly usage reports per Beneficiary (s.3.3.9) and audit once a year (s.3.3.10).
