- Commercial rules
- Either party may terminate the Rental Agreement on 30 days notice; devices must be returned within 30 days after termination or are charged. RingCentral keeps title unless conveyed in writing after payment of the purchase price. After 12 months the customer may purchase a device at 70% (12 months), 60% (24), 50% (36), 40% (48) or 30% (60) of list price.
