RingCentral provides cloud business communications services, including the RingEX phone, messaging and video platform and contact center products. Services are sold as recurring subscriptions under its online Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service are a binding agreement between RingCentral, Inc. and the legal entity named in the order, and the services are intended solely for business use.[1]
Services renew automatically for periods of the same length as the initial term unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends.[2]
Recurring charges such as Digital Lines, product licences, minute bundles and equipment rental stay in effect for the initial or current renewal term; price increases take effect at the next renewal with at least 30 days' notice.[3]
The RingEX plans page offers a discount for annual payment, and offers savings of up to 33% for paying annually.[4]
The free trial is only for new subscribers and is limited to five users and two desktop phones.[5]
