- MSA s.4.6: customers "purchasing the Services through a third-party reseller (“Notion Reseller”)" pay all fees to the Notion Reseller under their Reseller Agreement.
- Commercial rules
- The Reseller Agreement does not bind Notion and the reseller cannot change the MSA. Notion or the reseller may suspend service for uncured non-payment to the reseller, and Notion may suspend if the reseller fails to pay Notion. Refunds and service credits are paid to the reseller.
