- Each Order states Subscription Term, Committed Capacity (Minimum Payments), Performance Level and Rates. Fees per billing period are Minimum Payments plus usage-based charges or fixed-rate charges for Burst Capacity. No licence or title passes; NetApp owns the StaaS Products. The Monitoring Tool must stay fully operational. Capacity reductions only under the Service Description (Annual in Advance, on-premises, 24-month minimum term, up to 25% per request); quarterly spend reallocation from on-premises to cloud up to 25% of ACV.
