- Counting rules
- Calculated for each five-minute consumption record, reflecting amount and duration. Default burst limit 20% above committed capacity; 40% or 60% available as an add-on for unified and block-optimized storage. Usage above the limit is flagged "Above burst limit". Invoiced monthly, or quarterly in arrears for quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing.
