- Gray Market Product Reinstatement Policy (July 2025): for products bought outside authorized channels, the embedded Junos licence must be bought again (Junos re-registration fee) and software sold separately from hardware must be bought as new before support can be reinstated. Mist APs, Mist Edge and Session Smart Router hardware bought outside authorized channels are not reinstated.
