- Freshworks Supplemental Terms §6: MSP Services are "Services offered to support MSPs", purchased "as detailed in the applicable SOF"; use of MSP Services to serve the MSP's own end-customers "shall not be considered a breach of the Agreement."

- Creates an exception to the Terms' prohibition on making Freshworks Technology available to third parties. The MSP must configure controls to keep each end-customer's data separate and is solely liable for commingling. Freshservice for MSPs Core is priced per agent; Day Passes are available as an add-on; Business agent add-ons are not available in MSP mode.
