- For customers who signed up after 2023-11-10, ticket field suggester and similar incident suggestions are part of the Freddy AI Copilot add-on and alert grouping is part of Freddy AI Insights. Existing Pro customers keep alert grouping. Solution article and canned response suggestions were deprecated in May 2024.
