- Freshworks Supplemental Terms §1: Early Access Programs are features "expressly offered as “Beta”, “Alpha”, “EAP”, or pre-general availability"; Free Services are "Services which are otherwise generally available but provided free of charge for a fixed period of time", including Free Trials and Free Programs.
- Commercial rules
- Special Services are provided as-is, without support obligations, and may be discontinued or made chargeable; Freshworks' aggregate liability for them is limited to 100 USD; indemnities do not apply. Free trials: Freshservice and Freshdesk trials last 14 days; after expiry Freshworks may suspend access and Customer Data not exported may be permanently deleted (Terms §6(f)).
