- Gold, Platinum and Diamond (Flat Fee), Adoption (Flat Fee up to 50,000 Endpoints, Enterprise Adoption per 1,000 Endpoints above) and Resident Engineer (Flat Fee, up to 1,800 hours a year). All require a valid Premium Support Entitlement for all Products and Appliances. New Adoption and Resident Engineer terms start 15 days after Forescout processes the Order.
