1. Forescout Products, including Solution Bundles, are licensed per 1,000 Endpoints, either as a Term-Based License to use the Software or as a Subscription to use the Cloud Services.^[1]

2. An Endpoint counts against the Endpoint Count once it is known to the platform by MAC address, IP address or other unique identifier, whether on site, off site or detected via third-party integrations.^[2]

3. Software can run on a Forescout-branded appliance or by Flexible Deployment (virtual, container or approved third-party hardware), which carries additional fees except within Solution Bundles.^[3]

4. The EULA grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the customer's direct benefit and internal use during the Term, with the licence type per product set out in the Product License Guide.^[4]

5. Under the EULA's verification clause, customers keep records of use and allow Forescout and its auditors to verify compliance no more than once per 12-month period, paying any underpayment for excess usage.^[5]
