- Set approval settings for new seats: for each seat type admins choose "Manually approve seats", "Manually approve, unless seat is available" (default) or "Auto-approve seats".
- Commercial rules
- Auto-approve buys a new seat when none is available. On an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), paid seat requests default to auto-approve and the manual-unless-available option is disabled. Users whose seats are set by SCIM are outside the settings.
