- Auto-Renewal Policy s.6-7: written cancellation must reach AutoRenewals@controlup.com at least 30 days before renewal (longer where local law requires); ControlUp sends a renewal notice 45 to 60 days before. Cancelling after renewal ends access at the end of the paid term with no refund.
