- Commercial rules
- Perpetual-to-perpetual conversion only where a similar metric is kept (TB to TB, client to client); changing metric requires a move to subscription, with a signed licensing forfeiture agreement and no refund of prepaid maintenance or subscription. Perpetual licences may be kept in a separate CommCell. Conversions are triggered by an incremental purchase or, in limited cases, at maintenance renewal.
