- Cisco Catalyst Subscriptions are per device and attach to the Cisco networking devices that you have chosen to include in your subscription license. For an eligible device to be managed in Catalyst Center, you must have an active Catalyst Subscription attached to that device. The Cisco Offer is available as an option for network device and access point management as part of the purchase of a Cisco Catalyst network device subscription ('Catalyst Subscription').

- Per device. Cisco DNA Software for Switching (Advantage/Essential) and Catalyst Software Subscription for Switching (Advantage/Essential) are both EA Meter Device, Units. You may not purchase a Cisco DNA Software for Switching Suite and a Catalyst Software Subscription for Switching Suite under the same EA subscription; these Suites are mutually exclusive. Essentials vs Advantage vs Premier are tiers of the Device subscription (DNA Premier EOS for new SD-WAN purchases beginning 2025-08-19; renew/add until 2026-08-19). DNA and Catalyst naming are the same per-device software subscription. Cisco networking devices are purchased separately and are not governed by the Catalyst Center Offer Description. Cisco publishes no DNA Center seat meter and no DNA-to-ISE conversion.
