- Covered User — Each Internet-connected employee, subcontractor, and other authorized individual covered (i.e., protected) by Your deployment of the Cisco Offer. You must purchase one Covered User license for each individual protected by the applicable Cisco Secure Access package purchased by You.
- Counting rules
- You must purchase one Covered User license for each individual protected by the applicable Cisco Secure Access package. The data transfer limit is equal to the quantity of purchased Covered Users multiplied by 20 GB per month (higher of SIA vs SPA qty). Remote browser isolation (RBI) is subject to a total aggregate data transfer limit per Covered User license per day of 2 GB and a limit of 25 active concurrent sessions. Includes the right to use Cisco Secure Client. Covered User SIA or SPA includes ThousandEyes Embedded Endpoint Agent; Covered Site licenses do not. Embedded does not apply to Covered Site.

- Multi-org: up to ten (10) Multi-orgs, provided each meets the minimum of fifty (50) Covered User licenses for SIA or SPA packages or one (1) Covered User license for DNS Defense packages. 20 GB × user qty/month; RBI 2 GB/day + 25 sessions.
