- Terms of Service s.23.1: Box may notify the billing contact of organization users in excess of purchased account licenses ("Excess Users").
- Commercial rules
- The customer must buy accounts or permanently delete the Excess Users within seven days of a report (s.23); 21 days after the report Box bills the payment method on file for remaining Excess Users, on the same plan and coterminous with existing licences, at box.com/pricing rates; renewals include the added licences; no refund for later deleting them. Box may restrict deployment of further accounts meanwhile.
