Box, Inc. provides the Box cloud content management and file sharing service with desktop and mobile apps. It is sold as per-user subscriptions for individuals and businesses, with a free individual plan.

  1. The free Individual plan includes 10 GB of storage, a 250 MB file upload limit and one file version; Personal Pro is $5 per user per month with 100 GB.[1]

  2. Business plans (Business Starter, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus and Enterprise Advanced) are priced per user and require a minimum of 3 users.[2]

  3. Business Starter includes 100 GB of storage, while Business and higher plans include unlimited storage with file upload limits from 5 GB to 500 GB; Enterprise Advanced is priced through sales.[3]

  4. Customers need a Box account for each user; each user must have a separate account and may not share, loan or transfer their ID or password.[4]

  5. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price and term length for the next subscription period.[5]
