- Cloud Services Subscription Terms §2: payments to Bentley ("CSS Payments") used to fund Eligible CSS Services, namely Term Licenses, CALs (including Visas and Passports), Cloud Offerings, E365 Program and Recurring Services.
- Commercial rules
- Initial CSS Payment is a good-faith estimate of twelve months of fees; replenishment of at least twelve months' estimated fees before depletion. Quarterly consumption statements. Affiliates may draw with express authorization. Past-due payment requests allow technical restriction and, after 30 days, termination. Positive balance returned within 30 days of termination.
