- Levels Standard, Premium and Elite. Annual fee is a percentage of list price of AVEVA software at the facilities or sites. Lapsed enrollment may incur a reinstatement fee that can increase with the length of the lapse. License Assurance (Premium and Elite) covers up to two lost-licence reissue requests a year and transfer to a replacement machine.
