- Terms of Use §2.2: "The use of the Services is limited to your internal use within your organization (including any Affiliates thereof), unless you are an individual or a legal entity providing remote management of information technology infrastructure and end-user managed services (“MSP”)."
- Commercial rules
- An MSP may use the Services solely to provide its services to its Customers and to install the End-User Software on Customers' Devices. The MSP must obtain its Customers' agreement, flow down terms no less protective of Atera, and remains liable for Customers and End-Users. No resale, sublicensing or service bureau use beyond this (Terms §5.1, §5.2).
