- Terms of Use §9.3: "Whenever Atera charges for a Third Party Service, you acknowledge that Atera serves only as an intermediary role in reselling or collecting the applicable fees and taxes from you, for the Third Party Service provider".
- Commercial rules
- Third-party products (security, backup, MDM, password management, CPQ) are licensed under the provider's own Third Party Agreement, but where Atera bills them, Atera's fees and usage calculations apply. Prepaid credits are non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable; usage above the credit is invoiced, payable in 30 days. App Center apps are invoiced monthly on the 10th, moving to one invoice per vendor during October and November 2026. Remote-access integrations with TeamViewer and ScreenConnect are bring-your-own-license.
