- Legacy-pricing accounts move to current website per-technician rates; plan features, device limits and service levels are unchanged. Monthly legacy accounts could lock in current pricing for a year by switching to annual before 2026-06-01. Enterprise, Superpower and custom contracts receive a 90-day notice from the customer success manager. Returning customers get current pricing, not legacy pricing. AI Copilot add-on charges are removed and Copilot is bundled in every plan at the transition. Reseller-managed accounts are handled by the reseller.
