- Apple Business Terms §1: a subset of the Apple Business Services “allow the Organization to manage the deployment and configuration of Apple devices and accounts that are owned, controlled, or managed by the Organization” (“Managed Services”).

- Managed Services for Authorized Devices used by Authorized Users and Permitted Users only; internal business and IT purposes only; BYOD devices cannot be enrolled in supervised management; devices must be released before resale; the Organization accepts OS EULAs on the portal. Apple “reserves the right to charge or change fees” (§6A). US-only monthly subscriptions for iCloud storage and AppleCare+ for Business (Attachment 2 §8).
