- Apple Business Terms Attachment 2 §1: ““Authorized Users” means employees, Contract Employees, and Service Providers of (i) the Organization and/or (ii) the Organization’s directly or indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries, if applicable.” Hospitals may include credentialed, referring physicians and clinicians.

- Managed Services may manage Authorized Devices only for Authorized Users and Permitted Users (employees and Contract Employees of a Permitted Entity). Volume Content may be distributed only to Authorized Users. Contract Employees are non-piece-rate workers with internal IT or premises access.
