- Simulation SLA s.1 Term: "Unless otherwise stated in an order, annual licenses shall have a 12-month term of use and perpetual licenses shall have a term of twenty-five years."
- Commercial rules
- Maintenance agreements for perpetual licences run 12 months. Annual licences and support for perpetual licences renew on acceptance of a new order; licences can be made coterminous on request with Altair's consent. A reinstatement fee may apply if support lapses on paid-up licences. Enterprise Computing SLA terms renew automatically unless notice is given.
