- Under the Enterprise Computing SLA Altair may terminate the agreement for convenience on 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach after 30 days; breach of the licence grant or restrictions, or non-payment, allows Altair to terminate on notice. On termination or expiry the licensee must stop using the software and certify destruction or return within 30 days.
